Residential Loan Closing

For Title, Escrow, and Loan offices. I provide signing agent services to assist your clients in the home buying, selling and refinancing of properties by carefully guiding them through their closing documents, ensuring all forms are completed, dated, signed, initialed and notarized. I meet with your clients in the comfort of their homes or work place so that they don't have to make lengthy travels to your offices. Giving you time to focus on other tasks.

Estate Signing Services

For Estate Planning Firms I provide signing agent services to assist your clients in the completion of forming their Trusts. I help guide your clients through their documents, ensuring that all forms are completed, signed, dated, initialed and notarized. I can meet your client at their home or in your office. Witnesses must be provided by the signer. If Signer can not provide witnesses, witnesses may be requested for an additional fee.

Signing Service Only

This service includes printing, prepping and meeting with your client to execute the final stage of forming their trust. The fully signed package will then be delivered back to your office same day or next day, depending on appointment time.

Signing Fee: $125

Per Witness Fee: $25

Full Service.

This service includes printing, prepping and meeting with your client to execute the final stage of forming their trust, scanning signature pages or full package, local County Clerk filings of Trust & Deeds, binder prepping (binders provided by you) and dropped back off at your office within 2 business days of signing completion.

Signing Fee: $250 + Deed Filing Fees

Per Witness Fee: $25

RON for Loan & Estate Signings

RON signing is available for Estate Planning & Loan Closing documents. Attorneys, Loan Officers, and Title Officers are always welcome to be involved in the sessions as observers. These signings are conducted through the BlueNotary platform and can be made MISMO compliant.
