 Prepare with Acceptable Forms of ID

Acceptable Forms of ID

  • State-issued driver's license

  • State-issued identification card

  • U.S. passport or passport cart issued by the U.S. Department of State

  • U.S. military ID

  • State, county and local government IDs

  • Permanent resident card, or "green card," issued by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services

Unacceptable Forms of ID

  • Social Security cards

  • Birth or marriage certificates

  • Credit cards

  • School IDs

  • Library cards

  • Temporary driver's licenses

Witnesses

  • Witnesses must be 18years of age or older.

  • Witnesses must present an acceptable form of ID.

  • Witnesses may need to be unrelated to you.

  • Witnesses may not have any financial gain in the documents they are witnessing.

  • What types of documents are you able to notarize?
    I am able to notarize a variety of documents, including affidavits, loan documents, estate planning documents, and more. Please contact me to confirm if your specific document can be notarized.
  • What is RON?
    RON stands for Remote Online Notarization. This is a type of notarization done online over an audio/video call on a secure online platform. Documents are digitally signed and notarized and immediately available for download at the end of the call. It is important to know that not all notaries are RON certified. This is a separate commission issued by the Secretary of State.
  • How can I schedule a mobile or remote online notary (RON) service?
    To schedule a mobile or remote online notary (RON) service, please call or text me at 918-549-1398 or email me at kmoorenotary@outlook.com. Mobile notary services are generally available for same-day and next-day appointments, while remote online notarization can be arranged at your convenience.
  • Who is eligible to use your courier services?
    My courier services are exclusively available to law firms, attorneys, title companies, and lenders.
  • Do you do process serving or door knocking?
    I do not. These fields are unique and can present hostile situations. For my safety, I do not offer process serving or door knocking.
  • What Counties do you offer courier services too?
    I am available to transport and retrieve documents from Tulsa County and near by surrounding counties such as Wagoner, Okmulgee, Creek, Rogers, Muskogee, Pawnee and Washington. Weekly trips to Tulsa County Clerk & Courthouse are made every Tuesday and Thursday. All other county trips are made on an on-demand basis.
  • What are the requirements for booking a wedding ceremony?
    To book a wedding ceremony, you will need a valid marriage license issued by the state of Oklahoma. Both parties must be present, and you will need at least two witnesses. Please contact me for more details.
  • How can I book your wedding officiant services?
